Garbo (garbocare.com) is a service of Octantis Apps LTDA, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 68.132.214/0001-55. In these Terms, “Garbo,” “we,” and “our” refer to Octantis Apps LTDA.

By accessing and using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old and that you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

Garbo (“Garbo,” “we,” or “our”) may change these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any change by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms. Continuing to use the Site after these changes means you acknowledge and accept the changed Terms.

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe anyone's rights or restrict or prevent other people's use and enjoyment of the Site. Prohibited behavior includes harassing or causing distress or inconvenience to any other user, transmitting obscene or offensive content, and disrupting the normal flow of dialogue on the Site.

To access some features of the Site, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

Our services provide general information and do not replace the advice, diagnosis, or treatment of a healthcare professional. This report contains general information and discussions about facial aesthetics, orthodontics, and other health-related subjects. The content of this report is not and should not be understood as medical advice.

No information provided by Garbo and its affiliates replaces the knowledge or treatment of a healthcare professional.

By making a purchase on the Garbo site, the customer declares that they are of sound mind and understand the consequences of the purchase. They agree to use the product or report for informational purposes only and commit to consulting a qualified healthcare professional before starting any treatment, procedure, or product use.

In Brazil, payment goes entirely through Mercado Pago, in Brazilian reais, by Pix or card. Outside Brazil, it goes entirely through Stripe, in US dollars, with the payment methods Stripe shows. It is always a one-time payment. Garbo does not store your card details. We keep the purchase record: the plan or product, the offer, the amount, the dates, the transaction code, and the status of the payment, the delivery, and any refund. If delivery of the purchase fails, we also use the email provided at payment to resolve the problem.

You may request a full refund within 7 days of the purchase date, under the right of withdrawal set out in Article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Protection Code (Código de Defesa do Consumidor).

Questions about your report are handled by the AI chat in the dashboard, which comes with the Complete Transformation. Technical problems with access or photo uploads are handled by email or WhatsApp, on both plans. On WhatsApp, do not send photos, health information, or documents.

Each new analysis, to compare your progress, is charged separately.

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Garbo or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our express written permission.

The Site and our services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Garbo makes no warranty, express or implied, about the Site or the services, including, among others, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Garbo is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, nor for any loss of profits or revenue, direct or indirect, nor for any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of or inability to use the Site or the services; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and any personal information stored on them; (c) any interruption or suspension of transmission to or from the Site; (d) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that third parties transmit to or through the Site; (e) any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage caused by the use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the Site or the services. In addition, Garbo is not liable for treatments, complications from treatments or procedures, or products used by the customer. Nor are we liable for any decision made by the customer after using our services.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any dispute arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved in the courts of the consumer's place of residence.
